By booking services with Picture It 4U, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Booking & Deposits

A deposit is required to secure your event date. Deposits are non-refundable unless Picture It 4U cancels the booking. The remaining balance is due prior to or on the event date.

Cancellations

Cancellations made 30+ days before the event may receive a credit toward a future booking. Cancellations within 30 days of the event forfeit the deposit.

Venue Requirements

The client is responsible for ensuring adequate space (minimum 10×10 ft), power access, and level ground for booth setup. Picture It 4U is not responsible for delays due to venue restrictions.
